[DIY] Wreath

Wreaths can brighten up any entryway and are an easy way to decorate the doors. They can either be festive or just an expression of your style. It is a misconception many people have that wreaths are always massive but that is definitely not true. Here you can learn how to make a minimal wreath all by yourself.

What you will need:

• A circular frame (could either be a circular metal hoop or even the frame of a sewing hoop)

• Artificial or dried flowers

• Artificial vines

• Thin wires

• Scissors

• Glue

• Paint (optional)

Step 1:

Take the artificial vine and arrange it around the hoop to see how much of it you want to cover.

You could cover the entire hoop or just cover it partly for a more elegant look.

Step 2:

Cut the vine to the length you had marked in the previous step.

Step 3: (optional)

If you want to paint the hoop, this is the time to do it. You could either spray paint it or color it with acrylic paint.

Step 4:

Once the paint has dried, place the vine along the hoop and wrap the thin wire around the vine and the hoop together to fix it in place.

Step 5:

Place the artificial flowers in an order you like on top of the vines. Glue them in place once you find the best arrangement.
